The villa’s position in the heart of Moraira posed some challenges. The main entrance faces the busy street, while the other side fronts onto velvet sands and the undulating blues of the sea. To maintain a sense of paradisiacal privacy, the Blakstad team kept the street side rather nondescript and focused the design on the coastal views. The footprint hugs an inviting swimming pool, and the result feels like a blissful retreat tucked into pure nature when, in fact, all the amenities of the bustling seaside town are within walking distance, including some of the region’s most well-respected traditional restaurants.<\/p>\n

Every angle of Villa Mares del Tiempo speaks to expertly crafted spaces, encompassing traditional Ibiza design with ingenuity and contemporary sophistication. Blakstad’s signature approach is evident in the villa’s clean lines, flawless whitewashed walls, bespoke carpentry with hand-forged fixtures, exposed wood beams, and swathes of natural light illuminating spacious interiors.<\/p>\n
The six elegant bedrooms at Villa Mares del Tiempo are bathed in sunlight and feature oversized stone tiles buffed to a smooth polish. The living and dining areas seamlessly open to the high-spec kitchen on one side and another lovely patch of lawn on the other.
